Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or by text. Any deposit, cancellation, late-arrival, or no-show terms are shown when you book and are part of these terms. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may need to be shortened or rescheduled so other clients are not delayed.

Before your service, please tell us about any skin conditions, allergies, recent sunburn, or medications or treatments that can make skin more sensitive (such as retinoids, Accutane, chemical peels, or antibiotics). We may decline or postpone a service if it isn't safe to perform. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian's written consent, and a parent or guardian may need to be present.

Results and aftercare

Waxing and skincare results vary from person to person. Mild redness, sensitivity, or ingrown hairs can occur. Following the aftercare instructions we give you helps reduce these effects. If you have a concern after your visit, contact us right away.
